Do you have chronic back pain and just don’t know where to start?  I can offer private courses of very low intensity Pilates exercises to;

1, get you moving safely and at your own pace

2, help you to manage your pain

3, to help you feel better and improve your quality of life and improve your confidence

There are many different types of back pain, disc bulges, spinal abnormalities, nerve pain, joint pain.  The majority of back pain is muscular.  Tight, weak, over stretched, muscles causing an imbalance in your body.  Generally these can all be worked on with exercise and a focus on good posture.

You may be coming back from back surgery and need individual tuition first enabling you to return or join a group class with confidence.
